02 / Challenge and contribution

The challenge.

New employees need several services to be ready together. Departures require controlled access removal without losing continuity for incoming correspondence.

My contribution.

I coordinated account setup, licensing, managed-device assignment, group access, and user handoff documentation across Microsoft 365 and business applications.

03 / Documented work

Practical fixes.
Traceable results.

Example 01Complete

Cross-platform onboarding

My work. Created workplace and field-service accounts, prepared managed phones and workstations, and assembled employee setup instructions.

Recorded outcome. Accounts and assigned equipment were prepared for handoff.

Example 02Complete

Account and group changes

My work. Updated shared-mailbox permissions, distribution groups, and application entitlements for employees with changing responsibilities.

Recorded outcome. Requested access adjustments were completed in the recorded cases.

Example 03Complete

Offboarding communications

My work. Disabled former employees’ Microsoft 365 access and configured requested mail forwarding or automatic replies.
