My professional path crosses two worlds that might look unrelated at first: graphic design and technology. Over more than a decade in design, I've worked on visual communication, branding, and print. In IT, I've focused on supporting people, managing workplace tools, improving processes, and troubleshooting the problems that get in their way.
The connecting thread is communication. I love making complex things feel approachable — whether that's an identity system, a clear piece of documentation, or an internal workflow that just makes sense.
More recently, I've been exploring how AI assistants, knowledge systems, and automation can help teams find answers faster and spend less time on repetitive tasks. I enjoy learning, building, testing, and improving as I go.
